Grown by Peter Bird and Joe Drew.  Peter said it was wonderful to see the quality of this wine, a reward for daring to be different & dabbling in a new variety.  Peter planted this vineyard over 20 years ago, so ahead of his time! 40% Carbonic maceration for 12 days, all natural ferment, old oak puncheons.
