2020 was a very low yielding early year in Coonawarra, and we had plenty of time to nurture the wine through ferment! Our focus is on gentle extraction of beautiful tannins and bright aromatics that make Coonawara Cabernet so distinctive.
Ants have five noses in their antennae detecting separate smells. You only need one nose to recognise Coonawarra Cabernet, in fact you can smell it from five paces. Whole berry, natural ferment and old oak, Cabernet as nature intended.
